I've been a bit swallowed up with the whole job of starting a business so haven't had much time to devote to my own blog.  I want to change this as I know keeping up my hobbies and having a bit of fun will keep me sane in the long run.  So I've been doing lots of talking to people about what I'm doing now and delivering flyers to places where I might potentially get clients or referrals from.  It's been tiring so I thought I'd imagine myself a virtual holiday :)

I took myself on a virtual camping trip and packed my virtual bags with the help of polyvore.  It was actually a lot of fun.  It was like shopping but cheaper :)  Not quite as good as an actual holiday but it certainly helped me to get out of work mode.

Here's what I packed myself.  I imagined I was staying somewhere in the UK so packed an umbrella and warm stuff for sitting round a camp fire at night.  I also tried to stick with items that I might realistically be able to afford. I packed for a week and imagined myself only taking one bag.  I'm sure I'd also have to add a few gadgets and some art stuff as I don't think I'd survive without something to do or some techie gadgets.  I think the only other things missing are undies and socks, but they don't take up too much space.  I think I did pretty well.  I might have to pack myself some virtual cases for some bigger holidays.  Maybe a dessert island suitcase next time.
